HCA 2026 Conference Exhibitor

Become an Exhibitor at the Hawaii Coffee Association's 31sth Annual Conference, Trade Show & 17th Annual Best of Hawai'i Competition.

The event starts with a Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening and officially kicks off on Thursday. On Thursday and Friday, we will host a variety of educational tracks, informative speakers, industry experts, regional groups, and constant opportunities for networking.

To ensure attendees have dedicated time to visit your booth, the conference schedule includes a designated block of time reserved for the Trade Show, with no overlapping or competing events.

We invite you and your company to participate as an Industry Exhibitor. We are planning a vibrant and interactive group of attendees and presenters at this year’s event. Participating in the conference and promoting your business throughout the event brings you closer to the farmers, roasters, industry leaders, and stakeholders.

Each exhibitor will have use of a 30”x6’ table and two chairs and will set up in the approximately 8’x8’ space.

Each Exhibitor Display includes one Full Conference Registration  inclusive of meals, reception and dinner, (a $480.00 value). It also includes a one-year new or renewal membership for your organization in the HCA (a $250 - $50 value).

Early-Bird Registration through May 31, 2026 is $800

and $1,000 beginning June 1, 2026.

We encourage you to register at your earliest convenience, as there is a reduced  number of booths available than in past years. Registration deadline is July 22, 2026.

*Non-profit organizations receive a 25% discount. The price will be adjusted after registration.

Summer is a busy travel season in Hawaii and our room block availability depends on hotel's availability. We recommend booking your room at your earliest convenience, as the hotel might sell out as conference approaches.

All sponsorships, registrations,and memberships are subject to review and acceptance by the conference / membership committee and the number of sponsorships, registrations or memberships may be limited.
