HCA 2024 Cupping Competition Registration

The Hawaii Coffee Association is pleased to announce our 15th Annual Statewide Cupping Competition!

Official Rules

In order to participate, you must register and pay here first. You may register here now and submit the green coffee later.

Submit one registration for each entry, then PRINT and ATTACH the completed Green Coffee Submission Form (coming soon) to your 2lb green coffee sample to complete registration.  If you are entering the Commercial Division, you must include the Self or HDOA certification documents with your sample. 

Submissions begin on Monday, May 6 at 9am and must be received by Friday, May 31, 2024 at 4 pm (do not mail you submission on May 31).

Entry Fee: $100 per entry

Payment can be made by credit-card online or by mailing a check to the HCA following online registration. If you are not able to register online, please fill out and print the submission form, and mail or drop off with your submission. Checks should be made to HCA and mailed to:

For each entry, mail or drop off two (2) pounds of green coffee and this completed registration form to:

HAWAII ISLAND coffees  may be delivered to:
