US Coffee Champs Market Vendor Registration

Aloha and thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the  2024 US Coffee Champs Hawai'i Event

• Registration deadline: October 7.
• Each booth will have 10'x10’ space.
  
• Each booth will need to supply their own tent/tables/chairs and any other equipment needed.
  
• We will chalk mark the area where each booth will set up to make set up easy.
  
• There is no access to electricity or water.
  
• Limited to 20 booths.
  
• Booth Registration fee is $50/booth.
  
• 2 portable toilets - we will arrange
  
• If the booth would like to serve a coffee item, then it is permitted if the shop is competing in the Brewing Championships. The cafe being represented may serve a signature beverage as well as a single origin to demonstrate a brewing method of choice (Pour Over, Aeropress, French Press, etc)
  
• If a booth is serving food or alcohol, they will be responsible for appropriate permits. They would need to share that with us so that we can have on file prior to that day.
  
• We are asking that each booth participate in a “Portion of proceeds for the Maui Coffee Community” Initiative. The quantity/amount/% is fully up to the booth participant.
