The Hawaii Coffee Association is pleased to announce our 10th Annual Statewide Cupping Competition!
There several changes to the competition this year. Please read thoroughly and ensure that you are aware of these changes and the new rules before entering the competition.
In order to participate, you must:
1. Register here first. Chose your number of entries and method of payment.

2. Please print and mail this entry form WITH EACH COFFEE ENTRY.
Each Farm, Business, or TMK number is allowed up to three entries; however, each entry from the same TMK must be unique. Entries from the same TMK must be differentiated by either varietal, cultivation, or processing method, and NOT solely by bean type (e.g. type I or type II (peaberry)) or grade (e.g. Extra Fancy, Fancy, #1, Select, Prime). Examples include: a. Varietal: Typica, Caturra, Geisha, Bourbon, Maragogype etc. b. Cultivation: Conventional, Organic, Hybrid, etc. c. Processing: Wet Fermented, Wet Demucilaged, Pulped Natural, Natural, etc. For EACH entry attach a completed entry form (attached).
3. Send each coffee sample with your entry form to the appropriate office by April 30, 2018
Hawaii Island and Oahu samples must be sent to: Pacific Coffee Research PO Box 1969 Kealakekua, HI 96750 Deliveries can be made in person to their physical address on the following dates ONLY: THURSDAY, APRIL 12 – 10AM-4PM FRIDAY, APRIL 13 – 10AM-4PM THURSDAY, APRIL 26 – 10AM-4PM FRIDAY, APRIL 27 – 10AM-4PM
